New arrivals! The Stowe, Good Night, Day & Hendrik.Lou

Have we expressed how much we love the Canadian designers? Craft & Culture is chock full of them and with good reason. There are big things happening up North and some of the finest craftsmanship in the world (in our opinion).

Here are 3 Canadian designers with new completely hand made pieces up on

1. The Stowe: This leather and accessories line out of Montreal is a newcomer to C&C although you might notice that the Ovate collar we are carrying is a collaboration between the two labels. We are thrilled to be carrying new and absolutely gorgeous pieces hand made by designer Molly Spittal.

2. Good Night, Day: The Montreal knits label of Tara-Lynn Morrison uses modern and minimalist inspirations to create one of a kind and limited run pieces through her personal hand made process. Tara-Lynn uses fair trade sourced wool, namely of alpaca, merino and cashmere blends that come from Peru, Uruguay and a women’s collective in Argentina. We have been carrying her toques, collars and shawls for a bit and we are thrilled about these new sweaters. The colors are unparalleled.

3. Hendrik.Lou: Out of Vancouver, one of our most beloved designers, Stephanie Nan Olivier, creates the softest staples stitch by stitch. The intention of each piece she creates keeps us eager for each shipment. It’s hard to let the pieces go out the door but it’s lovely to know that they will make their people happy.
