All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is not listed correctly, Craft and Culture, Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the sale and offer the items again with the correct information.
Craft and Culture, Ltd. does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on www.craftandculture.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available, Craft and Culture, Ltd. will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.
All sales are final on jewelry, accessories, swim, lingerie, home objects and sale items. Apparel that is unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition may be returned for store credit or a size exchange when sizes are available. Before returning an item, please email email@example.com for directions. Returns must be made within 10 business days of receiving the item. We will not refund you if an item is lost or damaged during shipping. Craft & Culture is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping costs. Craft & Culture, Ltd. reserves the right to deny exchanges or refunds if items do not meet the return policy requirements. We require that all tags and labels be still attached and that the item be in perfect saleable condition. We inspect all items thoroughly before shipping.
We will process your order by the next business day, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington. Residents of Washington state will pay 9.5% state tax on all items shipped. While the rates vary in Washington, we pay the local amount based on where we sell and ship from.
Orders within the U.S are sent by UPS or USPS. Shipping rates depend on weight and location. Orders are sent with confirmation email with a tracking number.
Craft & Culture ships internationally to most countries. We ship via USPS. International Standard does not provide tracking information and is uninsured. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Craft and Culture, Ltd. is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, undeliverable, unclaimed or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
